Tray
The plate under the bowl that catches ash and gives the coals somewhere to rest.
Also known as: ash tray, plate
The tray sits on the stem right below the bowl. It catches ash and bits of coal so they do not end up on the table or floor.
You can also park a coal on it for a while when the bowl gets too hot.
